It is the most "human" in appeal, I believe, but also calls the highest of our human capabilities. It is the "soul" (psyche) in the discipline.

It is still too early for much of my personal horticultural therapy (backyard version) but I'm already stacking up the tools, soil, and seedlings. Welcome to the Alliance.
