Other degree not listed here
Are you a licensed or clinical therapist?
No. I am a psychiatric RN.
Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?
I am currently working on my RN to BSN. I then will earn my M.A. in Counseling Psychology with emphasis in Depth Psychology. I am new to the concept of depth psychology, but from what I have learned about it, it fits into my idea of healing the human psyche. I eventually want to have my own practice as a counselor and wish to incorporate hypnosis and energy healing into my clinical practice (specifically past life regression therapy and Reike). I wish to become a part of this community as I grow in my understanding of depth psychology.
Do you belong to any other online Psychology-related communities or orgs? If so, which?
No.
If you have a Twitter, Facebook, Blog, or LinkedIn account and would like to have people "follow" you, list it here

Hi Marie. I'd like to also add my rather belated welcome to Ed's--it's good to have you here in the online Depth community. I'm glad you've found the Alliance and hope you'll jump in and engage right away by joining a discussion, commenting on others' posts, sharing links or articles that are meaningful to you, or posting some of your own work if you haven't already.
I'm sure you'll make some wonderful connections here in the community and find lots to read and ponder. I'll send you some tips on navigating the site in a separate email. I look forward to your contributions. Enjoy the site! ~Bonnie Bright, Founder
Welcome Marie,
We have several things in common. Psychiatric work, counseling, and depth psychology. I have been encouraged to see articles related to depth psychology in the psychiatric nursing journal. Also, you can't beat a kind heart, open mind, and non-judgmental approach. I think you will find much to enjoy in the many blogs, forums, and groups.
