  • Hello Phoenix. I'd like to add my somewhat belated welcome to the Alliance.

I hope as you explore the community a bit you are finding a dynamic group of likeminded people who are all deeply drawn by the field of depth psychology. While there are many Jungian analysts and clinical psychologists here, our members come from many walks of life--artists, writers, doctors, healing professionals, counselors, students, business people, etc--so there is much cross-disciplinary knowledge and experience here to be shared.

On that note, there are many opportunities to engage as you browse the site. When you're ready to jump in, please feel free to post a topic for discussion in the forum, respond to someone else's post, or share a link to an article or web site you like. You can also post a few paragraphs of your own blog in the Blogs section and put a link so people can go to your site and read the rest.

Also, you may want to consider joining the online book club if you haven't already—There's a new author each month, and you can jump in at anytime and participate at whatever level you wish. In May there's also a special study group on the Role of Dreams i Psycho-Spiritual Crisis you may want to check out.

Meanwhile, you seem to be managing fine, but in case you need detailed help navigating the site, you can use the following link-- http://www.depthpsychologyalliance.com/page/navigating-the-site--and please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions at all! I look forward to seeing you around the community  ~Bonnie Bright, Founder

Couldn't resist adding my favorite Phoenix picture. Hope this isn't overkill for you. :)

Glad you joined the Alliance. As a fellow PGI person, what was the topic of your PhD work? You will find many topics covered in the blogs, forums, groups, book studies, interviews, etc. so I believe there will be much to your interests here. I look forward to your posts.
