Welcome Robert,
I enjoyed your website. I once did a workshop called "Discerning and Protecting the Soul of the Organization" in Indiana for non-profits using Jungian perspectives, esp. typology and shadow dynamics. I'm happy to see that you are taking Jungian principles into the workworld where some soul is sorely needed. Great to have you as part of the Alliance.
