Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 20 years of clinical experience, trained at the California Institute of Integral Studies and immersed for over 15 years in Diamond Logos teachings under Faisal Muqaddam, where I am currently in teacher training. My practice bridges somatic psychotherapy for California adults and psychospiritual integration mentorship worldwide, with particular experience serving South Asian and Middle Eastern communities navigating cultural identity and ancestral trauma.
What draws me to depth psychology is the recognition that what lies beneath the surface of ordinary experience is vast, real, and worth attending to. I am particularly interested in where depth psychology meets somatic embodiment and spiritual awakening — how genuine individuation requires working at all three levels simultaneously, and how the body holds what the psyche has only partially processed.
I am returning to this community after some time away and am looking for collegial connection, intellectual exchange, and conversations at the edges of depth psychology — where it meets spirituality, somatics, and cross-cultural understanding.
