Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?
I find that many of the ways we are taught to do therapy stay surface and often only focus on symptom management. I believe there are underlying core issues that create all of these symptoms and while managing symptoms is helpful, until you get to the root, it will just cause more symptoms.
