  • Hi Shannon. Welcome to the online depth community. So nice to meet someone who is actually doing the Pattern Analysis in the world. You must know Michael Conforti quite well. He's been a great friend to the Alliance and I've just entered the Archetypal Pattern program myself.

Hopefully, once you have a chance to explore the Alliance a bit, you'll find a dynamic group of likeminded people who are all deeply drawn to the field of depth psychology. While there are many Jungian analysts and clinicians here, our members come from many walks of life--artists, writers, doctors, healing professionals, counselors, students, business people, etc--so there is much cross-disciplinary knowledge and experience here to be shared.

Meanwhile, as you probably know, there are lots of Pacifica students, faculty, and alumni here who seem to gravitate to the site

On that note, I hope you're finding opportunities to engage as you browse the vast content and interact with others. You may want to consider joining the online book club if you haven’t already—There's a new author each month, and you can jump in at anytime and participate at whatever level you wish. Even if you don't have the book for this month, you can read all the comments that have gone on so far and get a feel for the story--or Feb. 1 will bring a wonderful new book from Jungian Analyst Erel Shalit as well as a special online study group on Astrology.

In case you need detailed help getting started and navigating the site, please use the following link-- http://www.depthpsychologyalliance.com/page/navigating-the-site --and please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions at all! I look forward to seeing you around the community~Bonnie Bright, Founder
