Hi Susan . Welcome to the Alliance. I'm glad you've found our community and am especially interested that you are into Holotropic Breathwork among other things. I am in the certification process through the Grof work and have found it to be truly transformational and an apt depth psych method to access the unconscious. What is your connection?
