Learn how C. G. Jung understood the world of dreams and dreaming.
Human beings have been fascinated by dreams and dreaming since the beginning of recorded history. Carl Jung’s theory of the psyche has provided us with a key to understanding the dream process that has revolutionized our understanding of dreams and how to interpret them. Jung is one of the most influential figures in 20th century Depth Psychology. Although the mainstream scientific study of dreams tends to dismiss depth psychological understandings of dreams, they mainly do so because they have misunderstood the underlying theories pioneered by Carl Jung. Once we have a basic understanding of Jung’s theory we have a key for understanding the world of dreams, and how dreams relate to world mythology, religious experience, and personal development. This eight week course begins with one free introductory class, followed by eight modules that introduce you to the essentials of Jung’s approach to the understanding and interpretation of dreams.

Each weekly meeting will include a presentation and explanation of some aspect of Jung’s understanding of dreams, a discussion and question/answer session, as well as a wealth of resources for further study available through our online learning platform. Those participants who successfully complete the assignments in the online learning platform will receive a certificate of completion which may be used as credit toward a future certification program. Don’t miss this opportunity to get a solid grounding in C.G. Jung’s revolutionary understanding of the world of dream and dreaming!
