From www.earthweather.com: Lakeshore in Edmonton, Alberta - geomagnetic activity around the poles. Zoltan Kenwell sends this picture taken June 16th from a lake shore 150 miles north of Edmonton, Alberta. He said the whole event only lasted about 3 minutes. What an incredible metaphor for the capacity nature has for mirroring!
