  Thank you, Thom- I would like to see a copy of your article about Osiris and the Egyptian revolution.  When you brought that up in our book club discussions, it made extraordinary sense to me.

  I took a brief look at the piece you posted on your site, Esoteric Embers, and see that it deserves my full attention. I think your investigation of asteroids, particularly ones having to do with Osiris and Isis, is timely given our current understanding of their function in planetary generation. Research of Osiris has much to offer to us during these troubling times. I recently wrote an article applying the Osiris myth to the current Egyptian revolution, believing that, "those who don't learn from mythology are doomed to repeat history!" I will have more to say once I've read your piece with the attention it deserves. Meanwhile, I deeply appreciate your contribution.

  Thom, thank you for sharing this video, it deepened my understanding of these concepts.

  I want to thank you again for leading the book club on Osiris and Alchemy last May 2012.  It is interesting to me that you just posted this video, because I just finally wrote an initial exploration of how Osiris could relate to astrological archetypes on my blog here:

  I'm curious if you think I am on the right track at all; I have a lot of quotes and ideas from your book, and also included some notes from the book club discussions you led with us.

  I've just begun tracking the cycles of the Isis and Osiris asteroids- they conjunct about every two years and recently were conjunct on March 2, 2013.  I'm hoping to bring Osiris into wider consciousness with this work, and am interested in the possibility that the Isis conjunction with Osiris could possibly "re-animate" the archetype in collective consciousness.  Wildly speculative at this point.  But I am hoping to be paying more attention to this asteroid and see how it can pull Osiris more into the astrological world. I've never seen it written about much before.
