Listen in to an Interview with Dr. Veronica Goodchild for the Ancient Wisdom Modern Science online summit.
About the Topic:
Ecologically and spiritually we are in a transformative process on our planet, searching for a new myth, which must include nature, matter, and the whole of the cosmos, a new consciousness that reconnects us with the sacred. The context for this transformation is synchronicity, which opens to a new worldview in which Earth becomes 'Celestial Earth.' The new story focuses on the emergence of a subtle and imaginal realm coming back into prominence as psyche and matter reach out to each other to heal the split that has led to devaluation of soul and degradation of our Earth – seen, for example, in the collapse of the bees. Drawing on my book, Songlines of the Soul: Pathways to a New Vision for a New Century, we will see how synchronicities, crop circles, shamanic indigenous practices, and pilgrimage walking (to name some examples) help to reawaken us to the living spirit of nature and our broader connection to the cosmos.
