The lack of integrity is a hot news these days. Our confidence in the ability of people to be in integrity with their word has been weather-beaten. We are bombarded with reports of prominent people caught in scandal that further erodes our faith. People say one thing and do another. We don’t trust. This creates a sense of dis-ease in our relationships at home, at work and with friends.

Through my Jungian lens, I see this in a deeper way. The natural order of things and the laws of the universe demand that we confront our character, our fate, or ourselves at some point in our lives. The failure to do so results in a myriad of psychological distress and symptoms.

To grow into more of ourselves, we must work with ourselves as we are - with all of our blind spots and imperfections—so that we can become more truthful and compassionate with ourselves and with others. There is real pleasure and heartfelt connection when we can exercise integrity in our dealings with others.

Join me on a 6-week adventure into the land of individuation, integrity, the shadow and the heart. From May 25 to June 29, 2017, we will walk on a journey from the shadow to soul – from befriending our shadow, encountering our integrity and living from the heart.
