It's a pleasure to join you.
I'm soon to be a PhD candidate at Pacifica Graduate Institute in their DJA program ("Depth Psychology with an Emphasis on Jungian and Archetypal Studies"), having earned my Master's nearly a year and a half ago.
I have been interested in psychological types for the past 18 years or thereabouts, and that interest dragged me over the bridge into depth psychology. I'm also certified as a professional life coach and interactive guided imagery facilitator, among other things.
I live in Southern California, and I just moved from Culver City to West Hills (the "Valley"), so I am currently experiencing the myth of moving house (yikes!). That speed bump got in the way of my being on the course sooner. :-P
This course appeals to me because I struggle to see myths unfolding around me, as relevant to current experience. Whatever help I can get in identifying the myths that I (or my clients) are currently living out is useful to me.
I look forward to the remainder of our journey together.

You've got a lot of moving parts right now. Glad you made it here! This course and community is proving to be a beautiful launching point for me in my relationship to and sharing of myth culture. I am a complete novice, so it's fun for me to be with others who already "know how to play" in this mythic archetypal arena.
