  • Hi Paul. I'd like to add my welcome to Ed and Mary's. The study of shamanism is one of my personal passions. I'm so glad you've found us and hope you'll jump in right away by sharing a link or article that has meaning for you, commenting on others' posts--or--especially as you said, to contribute your own ideas and experiences around Shamanism.I've just returned from a few days with Malidoma Some in the African Dagara tradition myself but have a strong interest in ritual medicine from all cultures.

I'll send you some tips on navigating the site in a separate email--though I see you've already managed to change your profile photo--a good start. Enjoy the site!~ Bonnie Bright, Founder

  • I am personally interested in any hands-on opportunities that this project might offer.

I also have two friends who are members of the Alliance who have traveled to Peru to meet with local shamans.

If its okay with you, I'll point them in your direction.

    Ed

  • Welcome Paul,

Wonderful website and organization. I see you have already joined the Shamanism group and encourage you to add your experiences and insights. There are many ways to add to the ongoing dialogue about the world soul and you might want to check out the ecopsychology group as well. I look forward to your posts.

  • Welcome Paul!  I am about to speak at a Shamanism conference this weekend so out the door but I had to say hi based on your exquisite painted self!  Cheerio, Mary
