Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?
I can't really say. The fact is that I am drawn to depth psychology. anything I would say about what draws me to it implies a causal understanding of existence :) I have been studying a lot of Heidegger and resonate with the idea that we are simply drawn to that which we do (and after the fact we come up with cognitive explanations for what drew us).

I remember spending Christmas near you one winter many years ago. Snow shoes to get around and warm fires were nice for about a week but my youth in the South kept me longing for sweating rather than shivering.

You might want to "throw in" with the on-going discussion/debate about Giegerich's work. One joy of this site is that those with strongly differing thoughts and viewpoints can come together and exchange ideas. I look forward to your posts in the future.
