    Welcome kwame,

    I am gladdened by your joining the Alliance. I am deeply moved by your organization Alchemy, Inc. What a powerful way to begin to right the wrongs of our past while encouraging these young men into the fullness of their lives. I would enjoy hearing more about the organization and your involvement with it.
