Long-awaited release of some of the pressure from my thorax container [volcano sensation], but unfortunately the distress [4 months] distressed my system and an autoimmune illness manifested [recessive gene] which is always a good reason to get diffused, debriefed, integrate and grieve traumatic events ASAP.
