Newsletter Time! -- Seeking written blurb, written "spotlight" interview, help with Constant Contact

Hi all. My goal is to offer more regular newsletters (monthly, if possible). I was doing that for awhile a couple of years ago but have recently only done occasional ones to promote specific news or events.  It CAN be time-consuming to do it alone, so I'm hoping some of you can help--and maybe even on a regular monthly basis—though that can be decided later if needed.
