Ah, words. Sorry for confusion. I meant I've been mulling my responses in my mind and not posting them--thus they felt backed up (as in waiting to be expressed)--not a computer term, not going backwards in a car...maybe more a plumbing metaphor? And we both speak English!
Hope this is clearer.

Hi David - good to have a on-line, DPA friend from Texas and love the photo of you and your grandson. We have 3 granddaughters ages 6 to 16. May I ask what the JC Foundation is about? I have enjoyed reading your posts within TRB Forum and looks like we are participating and embarking upon an interesting travelogue indeed. Jung has given us so much and I am grateful for the gift. As you may know, we currently have nearly 2000 members from all over the world and we're growing. I hope as you explore the community a bit you find a dynamic group of like-minded people who are all deeply drawn by the field of depth psychology. While there are many Jungian analysts and clinical psychologists here, our members come from various walks of life including artists, writers, doctors, scientists, healing professionals, counselors, students, business people, etc--so there is much cross-disciplinary knowledge and experience here to be shared.
On that note, there are many opportunities to engage as you browse the site. When you're ready to jump in, please feel free to post a topic for discussion in the forum, respond to someone else's post, or share a link to an article or web site you like.
Also, as you may be aware of the January online book club featuring "The War of the Gods in Addiction" with David E. Schoen who is, of course, also offering a free 4-week teleseminar which started January 9--though you can listen to the archived version and join any future week. Since the online part of the Book Club is done via writing in an open forum, you can participate at your own level and schedule--and you can join the discussion anytime, even if you don't have the book. Also upcoming in January is a special study group on the Red Book with Robert Bosnak starting January 19.
