  • Dear Marilyn, is this course still available somewhere? It really speaks to me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DjJTrONWVUM

  • Hello Marilyn, I loved the paintings on your website!  I did not get to listen to the Depth and Dinner conversations with J Paul (Spas, Dreaming, the Cosmos) - So I wondered if you wrote about your experience of it, or have any comments to pass along.  Did anything spark a future action or a new image to incubate?  Thank you, Julie

  • Greetings, Marilyn, and (a somewhat belated) welcome to the online depth psychology community. It's great to have you here! I hope you'll jump right in and begin exploring the many different resources and conversations. You can also alway post casual reviews in the forum or as blog posts if you wish. I'm sure many members would love to have them!

As you may know, we currently have nearly 2600 members from all over the world. I hope as you explore the community a bit you find a dynamic group of like-minded people who are all deeply drawn by the field of depth psychology. While there are many Jungian analysts and clinical psychologists here, our members come from many walks of life--artists, writers, doctors, healing professionals, counselors, students, business people, etc--so there is much cross-disciplinary knowledge and experience here to be shared.

On that note, there are many opportunities to engage as you browse the site. To begin with, please take a moment to upload a personal photo to your profile and to introduce yourself in the forum. You can also post a topic for discussion there, respond to someone else's post, or share a link to an article or web site you like, or comment on your current work or ask a question.

In case you need detailed help getting started and navigating the site, you can use the following link----http://www.depthpsychologyalliance.com/page/navigating-the-site please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions at all.

I look forward to seeing you around the community.

2018 will be a year of alchemical transformation. It is an 11 universal year in numerology, master number of new beginnings. It is also the vibration of creation and partnerships. As we move into the Aquarian Age,…

It was a magical, breathtaking clear sky day where I watched a blue heron stand poised, present, patient at the edge of the blackwater pond spotted with bright green islands of plants. The water broke and rippled as an…

The map of the psyche and the map of the world are drawn from the same story: The deeply rooted myth of a separate, independent, and autonomous self. The 5,000 year old story we live by is a story of fragmentation, estrangement, alienation from each other, from Nature and from the vast mystery and beauty of our own wild souls. It is a patriarchal story, too narrow, sterile, shallow for any of us to thrive. When we welcome the wild and sacred Feminine archetype into consciousness, and include…
