Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?

Two years ago, I experienced "a spiritual awakening" after a painful break-up. Things came into my Life that genuinely guided me through my process. Jung's work drew my attention when I read an article about his "collective unconscious"-concept. This "triggered" me because I have always "known" that there is some type of collective memory, even though it is not materially observable. As I got deeper into Jung's legacy, I noticed that the journey I had walked with my ex-partner reflected my inner process of "animus integration". When I started to have "visions", I dived into dream analysis and symbology. And throughout the process, I have become passionate about astrology. Now, I want to spend the rest of my Life sharing these experiences with other people. I am writing a book, but I'm not yet fully embodying the language I need to really allow my message to come across. That is why I would like to create a firmer foundation of knowledge and insights about Jung's work. I believe I can find the resources within the Depth Psychology Alliance.
