Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?
Jungian psychology has been an interest since graduate school. The intersection of psyche,spiriit, and art is strong in my life. I want to gain connections with others of like mind and perhaps a regional (Southern)
physical meeting at some point. It is isolating out here with so few people who share these interests.I have been a therapist and professor in the psychology/counseling field for over 25 years but have become less and less connected inwardly to the whole field which seems relatively soulless.

Very glad to see you have joined the Alliance. Please feel free to join the Jung in the South group as well, esp. since you are there is spirit already! :) As to your comment about a soulless state of psychology, I agree. The field has been taken over by cognitive-behaviorism and pharmaceuticals. Not much room for soul there. Seemed there was a mild anti-psychiatry mood within the Journey Conference as well (or I'm just hearing what I want to hear.) Again, glad you joined the Alliance. A meeting in Nashville is in its early stages.
