Gretel finds her power

I've been dealing with the parental wound lately; the lack of mother love. It's funny but what the ups and downs of my relationship issues have been leading me to is not my animus but my Mother. I've come to realize that the great, big, gaping hole in me - the one that howls like a starving, half-crazed wolf - is Mother Hunger, hunger for love and nourishment, acceptance. Hunger for Home.

So I poked around the internet and, while there's surprisingly little on the internet about this specific for

The Cascadia Funnel and the Last 3 Eras on Earth.New Myth 25 by Willi Paul, openmythsource.com

“To our ancient ancestors, the end of the great cycle was for all intents and purposes, the end of time. Astronomers and sages throughout history could only dream of being alive at this time….” — Scott Lampman, writing in New Global Mythology Group

At 2 o'clock each afternoon, no matter the weather, Tribal Council and work crew leaders mass at Yuba Rock for the day's Calling. Roles and relationships have morphed heavy since the last draught. Water Tech, Seed Holder, Nature Beam, and Sky Healer are gathered yet again, much in demand. Each chosen man or woman in service waits in the dust of the sandals and bare feet th

New member open to Discussions

I'm a new member to this group, and would like to dialogue with others about some of the contributions that I've made to the field of depth psychology. For example : 1. In the 1980's I developed the Mythic Journey Process which integrated Gendlin's Focusing with Archetypal Psychology; in the 1990's I added Tai Chi/Qigong to this process to integrate movement 2. My Mystery of Personal Identity book was the first to integrate astrology with depth psychotherapy and introduce a hermeneutic perspecti

Permaculture and the Bios Factory (A Transition Buckle) New Myth 24 by Willi Paul,openmythsource.com

The Cascadia Tribal Council began transforming the broke and broken rural prison system into the Permaculture Bios System soon after WA, OR and NorCal left the United States for independence.

The leaders designed a way to not simply let all of the inmates go free but to offer them a valuable transition and survival course as a re-entry into the post-carbon landscape. Cascadia choose rural prisons

Transition Man. Interview with John Steere, Environmental Alchemist / Planner

“The 37’ goodwill wind mill swirls, scoops and directs concentrated dirty air from the East Bay Tribal zone into the interconnected bowels of Che-Lou’s Air Purification Machine. Grey water circulates and filters the air, powered by the battery house. Che-Lou cleans the unfiltered residue from wing #5 to make printing ink for the community paper. At the base of wing #6 the so-cal

Grace

It's been a while since I posted; there was that thing with having to pay, and although I knew it would be easy to figure out I just didn't have the energy/feel it was time for me to do much here. Lately, tho, I've been feeling and itch to get back involved in the community. And, as I figured, it was a piece of cake to pay a bit of money and get back into things.

I've been posting on my own blog regularly. I kept thinking to myself "I really should post this on the Alliance's website" with this p

Jung, the Prototypical Ecopsychologist
The Dairy Farmer's Guide to the Universe Volume II
by Dennis L. Merritt

Carl Jung can be seen as the prototypical ecopsychologist. Volume II of The Dairy Farmer’s Guide to the Universe explores how Jung’s life and times created the context for the ecological nature of Jungian ideas.  It is an ecopsychological exercise to delineate the many dimensions of Jung’s life that contrib

It wasn’t the first time that day that Jesus had gotten into a boat. Now evening had come and it was time to get back into the boat and cross over to the other side.

I doubt there’s a person here this morning that will not at some moment hear these same words, “Let us go across to the other side.” Are we willing to launch our boat, face the storms, and find the grace of calm for our lives in the One who beckons us to cross over to the other side?

Life is one crossing after another: Birth, marria

The Permaculture Sprout Cellar Network (A Transition Buckle).

New Myth 23 by Willi Paul, permaculture exchange

In 2015, Northern CA, Oregon & Washington seceded from the United States of America in a sacred coup d’état fueled by a feverish localism bent, new agriculture values and Transition spirits. That same year the new Union, called Cascadia, created a network for the protection of non-GMO seeds and other food sources, using decommissioned bomb shelters, root cellars and other protected under

Lifting the Veil

Lifting the Veil
by Jane Kamerling and Fred Gustafson

The veil is not just a female garment to hide, protect, or humble Muslim women, but the curtain behind which resides the feminine principle, repressed in both East and West. Beneath the veil resides the unconsciousness of both cultures that become manifested in the politics of today.

The veil has emerged in the twenty-first century as an international symbol that holds a variety of meanings. The veil can

Well, this next week we can definitely say, the 60s are BACK

The first of 7 squares between revolutionary Uranus and transformer Pluto takes place on June 24th, Mid-Summer’s Day.  In the 60s, these two planets of evolution (Pluto) and revolution (Uranus) joined together to birth a new age.  Like a new Moon, a new cycle was started.  As you’ll see below, these planets’ cycle have kept us moving forward in our evolution throughout the ages – metaphorically and literally.  The 60s began a new era

What is needed to make a group function?

I asked my higher self and I was given this vision:

We are a group of people sitting in a circle connected by tree circles of white light - we are by holding hands.

The first circle we kind of sit on - the second one is running through our hearts - the third one runs through our heads there where the pineal is placed.

We sit here for a while concentrating on the circles, then it seams as if a light is growing in the middle of the circle, we raise our hands an

The old man lived on a wooded point of land on a deep glacial lake. His home, close to the water, yet still partly hidden by pine, oak and ash trees, was modest. It was wood, two stories, with a large picture window overlooking the water. There was a two foot rock wall, which he built with his own hands, in front of the window and between the grass and shrubbery leading to the water’s edge.

We visited the old man when we could. Between our cabin and his home was a heavily wooded parcel of land. W
