    You are so kind to tell me about this. My dream in writing the book was exactly this kind of outcome. It is so helpful to know there are others similar to us out there who understand what it's like to be different. I'm also glad we're "friends." Elizabeth

    Dear Elizabeth, I used your book <Happy Introvert> with a 17 yo depressed client. Her understanding of herself increased dramatically and her depression began to lessen. Her Mother and sibs were extraverts and she was considered the one who was odd, didn't fit into the family, etc. Your book was able to reach her and with that info and the understanding of an introverted therapist, she was able to move into a self-acceptance and continue her  individuation.
