I'd LOVE to be friends, Ruth, although I haven't proved to be too good a friend so far, have I? My new job is such a change for me, that I'm a bit overwhelmed, frankly. I leave the house at 6:15 every morning and get home at 7:30 at night. It's very wearing. I love the job, but I'm really struggling with the physical demands of a 3-hour commute each day. I think it will ease up over time. I hope that you are well and happy.

I am going up to S.F. from Santa Cruz on Wednesday for the next 9 weeks taking a class with Rick Tarnas at CIIS. My schedule is crazy as well. I am working, billing Insurance, long story....I would love to move to the Bay area. Living in Santa Cruz is definitely a challenge for me in terms of the limitations culturally and financially. But for the monent, here I am .
Hillman will be at Pacifica in mid-March so it is yet to happen. I am sorry that you will not be there. I haven't yet had time to change my picture.

Hi Ruth
I am in Santa Cruz. I went to school in Campbell at JFK. Pacifica was not accredited in 1992 and so I couldn't get loans. I wish I had gone to CIIS. I am merely auditing a Class in PCC at the moment on Wednesdays. This is a big journey for me and I have to move some of my clients to Fridays. Are you in S.F? If you are and you have time on Wednesday evening, maybe we could meet for dinner?
I am so sorry to hear of your head injury. That can certainly slow everything down for a long time. The concept of actually taking time for healing is unknown in our Patrirarchal world but I am sure that this journey took you to some extraordinary places in Psyche/Soma

Thank you for your response. I am not a Pacifica student or graduate. It has always seemed a outside of my reach financially. I do attend the Public Programs at least once a year and I am currently taking a class with Rick Tarnas at CIIS which is very exciting.
I have had trouble downloading a photo. I can browse and find a photo but don't know quite how to then replace Jung's picture with my own, although, I don't mind wearing his Persona for awhile although far too large for me.
If you have ideas, do let me know..
