Thank you for the welcome.I am becoming familiar with the online way of communication and am excited to see its endless possibilities. I have read Kathleen Burt's books as well as many other astrologers and will join the seminar at the end of the month. I am not an astrologer but a lover of esoteric ways of knowing especially tarot, mythology, astrology, symbolism and Jungian psychology.

Thank you Ed. It's wonderful to have found this community. I do think that depth psychology is poised to become more mainstream. Just today I was watching a marketing presentation and they used Joseph Campbell's "heroes" journey" as a motif for how to get more sales, of all things.
Many thanks for your warm welcome Ed. I'm especially interested in a Jungian ecopsychology and so hope to learn -- and occasionally throw my two cents in! I'm delighted that there is a rising interest in this endevour.
i appreciate your comment and welcome. i hope to discover where i fit in with the alliance. but it will take some browsing and time.
it would take me a rather long time to answer your question about how i used jungian psychology and psychoanalysis to heal my mental health diagnosis of manic-depressive psychosis, as western psychiatry labeled me. it took twenty years of weekly meetings with my jungian therapist, and much self-care on my part to bring me to the wholeness and integrity i know today personally and professionally. i am in the process of writing a manuscript on this journey in such a way that the average person could read about it, understand it, and hopefully learn to seek out depth psychology for healing the reader might need. the biggest challenge to the book has been putting jungian psychology and terminology into every day language the average reader could understand and relate to.

I actually studied under direct supervision with Michael Conforti for about 15 years to learn how to apply Archetypal Pattern Analysis in psychotherapy as well as consulting in the application in all vocations. I teach Archetypal Pattern Analysis and consult with clinicians. I would be happy to talk with you about its application in therapy if you want to have a phone call.
