no
Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?
Narrative psychology combined with social systems on the "outside" and Jungian understanding of the interior "systems" make a nice pairing. Currently working on soul-related theoretical research establishing that soul is a misnomer. A proper understanding begins with seeing that souling as process is a better beginning to understanding the workings within the Psyche.
Do you belong to any other online Psychology-related communities or orgs? If so, which?
Many, but most are Jungian based.
What is your WEB SITE (IF you would like to promote it)?

Hi Ed, Thank you for the Welcome. I am in the dissertation phase in the Depth Psych program. I also completed the master's in counseling program 5 years ago. I hope to spend some more time here on this site so I can become familiar with it. As I do so, I look forward to contributing and learning.
Hi Ed and thank you for your warm welcome! I congratulate you and Bonnie on a wonderful networking site. After graduating from Pacifica I have been feeling disconnected to that community, so it feels great to be back among depth-oriented folk.
To answer your question about my dissertation, my topic was on the mythical figure of Echo primarily as she appears in two relationships: one with Narcissus and another with Pan. I considered Echo from alchemical, clinical, archetypal, and historical perspectives. The title of my work is "Revisioning Echo: The mythical figure of Echo and her importance to clinical depth psychology."
Ed, I wish you the best in your studies at Pacifica and I hope your cohort is a rewarding one. I loved my cohort and many of us are still in touch. I will definitely let them know of this great site!
I just now saw your comments on my page. Anyway, my BA is going to be in Psychology and I recently decided to double major in Religion (with an emphasis in Compartive Religion). If a conference does come about I would defnitely be up for attending.

(if you liked the www.jungcurrents.com site, you should try www.heartak.com, a Jungian view of surviving a heart attack. Am not usually self-promoting by am following my intuition here...)
